He is the man behind the technical operations and logistics which are crucial during every single process of production.

Having a concrete foundation with as many as 25 years of experience at world renowned companies behind him and having been responsible for the technical department for 20 years in Taiwan, Mr. Mao's expertise and experience are unmatched in this region. He has been providing expert consultancy services on Polystyrene plants for almost half a decade. He is currently heading the consultancy company known as Paofulon Enterprise in Taiwan.

Mr. Mao has a fundamental role in making Pak Petro a fully automated plant with minimal possible human intervention. He is responsible for acquiring the right technology, monitoring its operations and training staff to keep them updated.
